Fura and Tena Cufflink Ankers
Emeralds are one of the longest mined gems having been found in Egypt over 3500 years ago. The largest one is approximately 1,700,000 carats weighing in at 341kg. Unfortunately, it was reported stolen in September 2008 from a secure vault in LA County, California and is valued at approximately USD $400,000,000.
These nearly perfectly square rough emeralds weigh in an impressive 15 carats (approximately) and contain pyrite inclusions which only enhance their appearance. With a 900 silver (recycled) border and grommet, these are very distinctive and are made in limited quantities.
