Obverse: Portrait of the Merchant Georg Gisze, 1532 by Hans Holbein der Jüngere (Hans Holbein the Younger) (c. 1497-1543). Oil and tempera on oak; Bank seals.

Reverse: Ornamental design with denomination "100000" in it.

Watermark: Oak branch ornaments on the right 1/4 of the note only.
